I understand that I am voluntarily seeking psychological support through Mindscope International, and that I may withdraw from services at any time without any penalty.

Confidentiality
I acknowledge that all sessions are kept confidential. However, I understand that confidentiality may be broken if there is a risk of harm to myself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

Nature of Services
I understand that the sessions provided are professional psychological consultations conducted online (via Google Meet or Zoom), and are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care or hospital services.

Technology & Privacy
I understand that online sessions may carry potential risks, including technical disruptions or privacy limitations. I consent to receive sessions via secure online platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.

Fees and Payment Terms
I acknowledge that all sessions are offered at an affordable rate, which will be communicated before booking. I agree to make full payment before the session begins.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that I must notify Mindscope International at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made after this window may result in a cancellation fee or the session being forfeited.

Crisis & Emergency Support
I understand that Mindscope International does not offer emergency or crisis intervention. In the case of an emergency, I agree to contact local emergency services or a nearby crisis support center.
