1. Course Refunds
Before the Course Starts: Full refund available if requested before the closing of the registration dates.

After the Course Begins: no refunds will be issued once the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency), which will be considered case by case.

Partially Completed Courses: No partial refunds.

2. Cancelled Courses
If a course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons, all enrolled participants will be offered:

A full refund, OR the option to transfer to another course of equal value.

 

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadables)
No refunds will be issued for downloadable materials once delivered.

 

4. Therapy Sessions
Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations: No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice.

Packages: Refunds are not applicable once therapy packages are in use.

 

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days through the original payment method. Any transaction charges will be deducted from the refund.
